Resumen
Este trabajo da cuenta de los principales fenómenos con relevancia constitucional del año 2019. Partiendo de los cambios en nuestra realidad política experimentados desde el año 2008, se detiene primero en analizar las elecciones generales de abril y la primera investidura fallida. Además, a la luz de los resultados en las elecciones autonómicas, se muestra la práctica de las coaliciones de gobierno que se han asentado en las comunidades autónomas. A continuación se exponen los resultados de noviembre, se analizan el debate de investidura de Pedro Sánchez y las características del Gobierno de coalición. Se termina estudiando el proceso de renovación de las instituciones de la Unión.

Abstract
This paper gives an account of the main issues with constitutional relevance of the year 2019. Starting from the changes in our political reality experienced since 2008, it analyzes the general elections of April and the first failed investiture. Going through results in the regional elections, the papers shows the practice of government coalitions that have settled in the Autonomous Communities. Then, the essay takes account of the investiture debate of Pedro Sánchez and the characteristics of the Coalition Government. It ends by studying the process of renovation of the institutions of the Union.
