Resumen
Ponencia presentada en el seminario anual entre la Revista de la Administración Pública y la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Supremo. En el texto se hace una breve exposición sobre las prerrogativas de autotutela de la Administración, incidiendo en la relación secuencial que existe entre la autotutela declarativa y la ejecutiva; y se hacen comentarios específicos sobre vía de hecho, los límites a la autotutela ejecutiva y los diferentes medios de ejecución forzosa, todo ello con cita de la más reciente jurisprudencia referida a esas cuestiones.

Abstract
Paper presented at the annual seminar between the Revista de Administración Pública and the 3rd Chamber of the Supreme Court. The text provides a brief presentation on the prerogatives of self-protection of the Administration, focusing on the sequential relationship existing between declarative and executive self-protection. Specific comments are made on the de facto route, the limits to executive self-protection and the different means of forced execution, all this with express.
